How to play Hole Arena

You start the game as a timid black hole on the road. Move ruthlessly over the map, consuming lampposts, trash cans, and signs to grow. Your sole goal is to become the most terrifying Super Black Hole. But simply moving aimlessly is the fastest way to failure.

Golden Phase

In the first 30 seconds, don't worry about other players. Your size isn't enough to do anything.

Find a park, parking lot, or overgrown sidewalk. Tap and quickly devour small objects that are close together. The speed of your sweep in the first 30 seconds will determine 80% of your win rate in the entire match.

The 360-Degree Rule

In Hole Arena, enemies can rush in from any blind spot on the screen.

Always keep an eye on the edge of the screen before deciding to approach an area with many objects. If you see the silhouette of a larger black hole approaching, immediately change direction. Avoid being greedy and losing your life.

The Art of Evasion

The game map often has narrow alleys, dead ends, or corners.

Move intelligently and absolutely avoid dead corners. If a larger black hole forces you into a corner, you will have no way to retreat. Conversely, use the terrain to corner smaller players.

Hunting

Once you reach a massive size, eating small objects will no longer help you increase your size quickly.

This is your time to transition from vegetarian to meat-eating. Take the initiative to hunt down smaller players. A successful swallow will grant you a massive point boost, instantly boosting your size and solidifying your reign.
