How to play Heroes vs Monsters: Idle RPG

Your journey starts with a few lowly warriors against hordes of fierce creatures. Your mission is to recruit new warriors, to increase their power, and to acquire survival skills. The game's standout feature is its auto-battle mechanic; your squad keeps grinding away even when the game is closed. Upon returning, simply collect a mountain of gold and continue strengthening your team.

Conquer Stages & Hunt Massive Bosses

Hundreds of increasingly challenging zones make up the battlefield. Regular creatures provide resources, but bosses every five stages are formidable. Bosses unlock new areas and drop Artifacts that permanently improve your team's power.

Controls

Left-click or Tap: Rapidly click on monsters to deal additional manual damage.

Mouse/Touch Interaction: Use to activate skills, make purchases, and navigate menus.

Tips and Tricks

The idle mechanics help, but combining them with manual movements speeds up monster clearing.

Gold is for spending. Use gold on upgrades, not banked gold. A better team earns money faster. Rather than spreading yourself too thin, upgrade your strongest heroes first to sustain your damage output.

Save active skills for boss fights and don't squander them on minor mobs.

Buy artifacts when you can. They are a lifetime investment regardless of game advancement.
