Clicker Heroes

Welcome to Clicker Heroes! This is another classic tutorial on how to transform the RPG genre into a magical, time-consuming machine. Clicker Heroes cleverly removes the complexity of movement, dodging, or convoluted storylines. It only retains the most addictive aspect of the RPG genre: the feeling of your character getting stronger every second.

How to play Clicker Heroes

Clicker Heroes

It all starts with continuous mouse clicks to deal damage to quirky monsters. Gold drops, collect gold, buy new heroes. However, the highlight of the design lies in the fact that the game allows you to personalize your gameplay.

Active Build

Focus on upgrading your click skills and critical combos to grind levels manually. This gameplay requires constant interaction but offers extremely powerful level progression.

Idle Build

Invest gold on Heroes to boost damage each second. You can sleep with your game running and wake up with a mountain of gold.

Heroes' smooth transition from manual grinding to automated grinding keeps players engaged more than ever.

Rebirth for Breakthrough

An idle game wouldn't be complete without the Prestige mechanism, and Clicker Heroes has done this exceptionally well with two layers of systems.

Ascension

When you reach your damage limit and can't defeat the Boss, you will Ascend. The entire process is reset, but you gain Hero Souls.

These souls directly increase your static DPS percentage and also serve as currency to buy or upgrade Ancients.

Transcension

When grinding Hero Souls becomes slow, the game introduces a second reset layer. You exchange everything for Ancient Souls, which you use to upgrade Outsiders. This is when stats enter the realm of super-multiplier growth.

Math & Economy Balancing

The real appeal of Clicker Heroes lies in the numbers. The game is designed with a sophisticated difficulty curve combined with exponentially increasing upgrade costs. The arrangement of obstacle walls every 5 levels, especially at Levels 100 and 130, will force you to constantly optimize resource allocation.
